We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m EST (Eastern Time) will be processed the next business day. 

All orders include a signature confirmation. Please ensure that an adult is present at the shipping address to receive and sign for your order on the expected delivery date. 

Returns

To ensure the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns/exchanges, all sales are final.
